In a recent interview, Pav said ‘I know patients are nervous when they come to see me usually the biggest concern is cost. I started placing implants after my grandfather asked if I could give him fixed teeth. When I initially said I didn’t know how I could see that he looked upset. All he wished to do was to eat his favourite foods. Every person I care for is in his memory. This is also why I am not interested in being the cheapest implant dentist.

My patients pay higher than average fees which allows me to deliver care to the very best of my ability using the possible components and equipment. I am keen to help people as much as I can which is why I have studied so hard in my career to date. I will not start treatment without telling you the total fee, so there are no surprises. Seeing my patients enjoy eating again or replace that broken tooth with something definitive and fixed in place is professionally extremely satisfying!’
